Explore Our Services
We provide services to any adult on HCPF waivers. We currently serve Denver County but are willing to expand to the entire Denver Metro Area. Our waiver services currently include DD Residential supports, Supported Community Connections and Transportation!
Residential PCA Homes
A PCA Home is a residential setting where clients live in a shared space with 24/7 support and access to caregivers. This is for clients on a HCPF DD Waiver.
Supported Community Connections
SSC focuses on community outings. Clients join staff on trips throughout town such as bowling, going to the library, museums, shopping, and so much more! Open to those with HCPF SLS and DD Waivers.
Transportation
Our transportation services are mostly utilized during SCC outings but are welcome to provide additional support where it is needed. This is open to SLS and DD waiver recipients.
